This bachelor thesis deals with the design of handling equipment for a motorcycle, according to the specified parameters. The search section, containing information about handling devices. Furthermore, the design and calculation of the construction of the lifting mechanism, hydraulic circuit and drive of the whole device are processed in this work. The content of the work is also the drawing documentation of the equipment.

Suggestion of a car workshop lift

The theme of this bachelor thesis concerns vehicle lifting equipment. The opening section presents a comprehensive categorization of commonly supplied equipment according to its design. The main section deals with a design proposal for the author’s equipment. This includes functional and strength calculations, material choice and dimensions of the individual elements. The final section of the paper contains a composite drawing and a technical documentation of the selected components.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an alternative atypical construction of a column crane including important strength calculations according to specified parameters: arm extension length 4000 mm, lift height 8500 mm, load capacity 2000 kg. Part of this work is also elaboration of technical report with analysis of construction, selection of suitable hoist with important calculations. Further draw a construction drawing of the column crane assembly according to the entered parameters and a detailed drawing of the column.

Material Handling Platform

This bachelor thesis is focused on constructional design of workshop handling platform which is driven by linear hydraulic motor. First the types of gripping of linear hydraulic motor are described. Next part contains drafted solutions of handling platform construction. Important part of thesis is composed of statistical computing of machinery parts and their strenght computations within the frame of designed proportions. Afterwards the bearings are chosen according to thickness of shaft and the hydraulic motor and the diagram of hydraulic circuit are designed. At last controlling computations are done and assembly and weldment drawings are created.

Preparation for rough superstructure steel buildings in Uničov

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.

Drilling rig will be used for drilling wells up to 200 mm diameter rotary drilling technology with irrigation water. The first part is a literature search of small drilling rigs. In the second part, then custom design a small drilling rig.

This master's thesis is focused on the design of handling and lifting equipment of production line. This thesis deals with the design of the frame for transverse feed of 100 mm and longitudinal feed of 1500 mm. The thesis deals with the design of several lifting equipment for load capacity 1450 kg and stroke 120 mm. The main part of this thesis is focused on appropriate calculations for selected variants of lifting equipment. The conclusion contains comparison lifting constructions and description equipment in the production line. The thesis contains assembly drawings of several lifting equipment variants and assembly drawings of equipment.

The bachelor thesis deals with lifting devices that are used for handling loads in workshop and repair operations. In the first part of the thesis, the research of these devices is carried out. The second part deals with the design of the mobile gantry crane. The functional calculation of the designed structure, strength checks of the main parts, the design of the used components, the design of the construction and the drawing of the drawing documentation are performed.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of static placement table for lifting loaded EUR palettes. Load capacity of the manipulator should be at least 1500 kg and lift height from the zero position at least 700 mm. Furthermore it should be possible to switch between electrical and hydraulic drive. This thesis consists of two parts, technical report and drawing documentation.
